We plan to build sidewalk on the north side of Kinnaman Road, connecting to already-existing sidewalk on either side. Additional pavement will extend over what is currently the shoulder of the road to connect to the curb. Asphalt driveway connections will be built where needed.
We will build Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps at the intersection with 195th Court on both sides of Kinnaman Road. We will also build two ADA-compliant curb ramps across Kinnaman Road at 196th Avenue.
A six-foot sidewalk will fill the ditch on the north side of the road. New curbs and gutters will connect the sidewalk to the roadway. Driveway connections will be built where needed. Improvements will be made within existing right-of-way.
